This Privacy Policy describes how GRC Prep Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the AAIR Exam Simulator mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

The App is designed to respect your privacy. We collect minimal data necessary to provide the service:

• Usage data stored locally: Quiz scores, session history, bookmarks, and preferences are stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
• Purchase information: If you purchase a Premium subscription, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment details. Purchase verification is managed by RevenueCat, our payment infrastructure provider, in accordance with their privacy policy.
• No account required: The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use it.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Location data
• Browsing history or behavioral data
• Any data from your device beyond what is described above

3. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: Used for managing in-app purchases and subscription status. RevenueCat may collect certain device and purchase information as described in their Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play: Purchases are processed by Apple or Google respectively, subject to their privacy policies.

4. Data Storage and Security

All quiz data, scores, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for professional adults (18+) preparing for IT certification exams. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
